Last time we met was in La Rochelle for the french D2. You won with Versailles with a very strong swim. Simple question … How are you now?
I’m good thank you! I had a tough year last year with illness, its nice to be back training and racing with no illness or injury.
You told me that british triathlon wanted you to race in D1, that’s why you went to Chateauroux. How is the French grand prix?
Yes i now race in D1 for Chateauroux. D1 has been better for my development, its good to be able to race against some of the best athletes in the world and have good fun with it!
You’ve recently won ETU Quarteira’s triathlon, can you explain us your race?
It was good to kick start my season in Quarteria. It was a tough race, very hard swim. Lucy and I worked well together and managed to get a good lead coming into T2. We then ran through to take 1st and 2nd. Great result for us both, especially for Lucy who has just come back from injury.
What are your next objectives?
I’m racing in Madrid next and then hopefully the Europeans in Portugal. After that i’ll have to see, hopefully some WTS starts.
I remember a crazy story about your start in triathlon. Could you tell us how you discovered this sport?
I started Triathlon a few years ago. I decided to do a local race with work, i then got the bug and things progressed from there.
I see you as a very sympathic girl, how can you be such agressive in races?
:p Haha, i just get into race mode!
Thanks for the questions 😉
